Terms of Service

이 약관은 JJGo, GameLingo, Pico, Homi, Eng Meeting, Ohmesh, GamedIn 및 이 약관으로 연결되는 개인 서비스에 적용됩니다. 개별 서비스가 별도 조건을 제공하는 경우, 그 조건은 해당 서비스에 대해 이 약관보다 우선할 수 있습니다.

These terms apply to JJGo, GameLingo, Pico, Homi, Eng Meeting, Ohmesh, GamedIn, and related personal services that link to these terms. If a specific service provides additional terms, those terms may control for that service.

서비스는 개인 프로젝트, 학습 도구, 실험적 제품, 운영 도구를 포함할 수 있습니다. 기능은 변경되거나 중단될 수 있으며, 모든 기능이 계속 제공된다고 보장하지 않습니다.

The services may include personal projects, learning tools, experimental products, and operational tools. Features may change or stop, and we do not guarantee that every feature will remain available.

일부 서비스는 GitHub, Google, Discord, Steam 또는 다른 제공자를 통한 로그인을 사용할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 자신의 계정 접근 권한과 로그인 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.

Some services may use sign-in through GitHub, Google, Discord, Steam, or other providers. You are responsible for keeping your account access and sign-in information secure.

타인의 계정, 토큰, 세션을 허락 없이 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

You must not use another person's account, token, or session without permission.

사용자가 서비스에 입력하거나 업로드하거나 저장한 콘텐츠의 권리는 사용자에게 남습니다. 다만 서비스를 제공하고 운영하고 백업하고 표시하기 위해 필요한 범위에서 그 콘텐츠를 처리할 수 있는 권한을 부여한 것으로 봅니다.

You keep your rights to content you enter, upload, or store in a service. You grant us the limited permission needed to provide, operate, back up, and display that content through the service.

불법 자료, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 자료, 민감한 개인정보, 악성 코드, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 콘텐츠를 올리면 안 됩니다.

You must not submit illegal material, content that violates others' rights, sensitive personal information, malicious code, or content that disrupts service operations.

서비스를 남용하거나, 과도한 자동 요청을 보내거나, 보안을 우회하거나, 다른 사용자를 방해하거나, 법을 위반하는 방식으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

You must not abuse the services, send excessive automated requests, bypass security, interfere with other users, or use the services in violation of law.

운영 안정성이나 다른 사람의 권리를 보호하기 위해 필요한 경우 접근을 제한하거나 콘텐츠를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

We may limit access or remove content where needed to protect operational stability or the rights of others.

현재 공개된 개인 서비스는 별도 유료 조건이 없는 한 무료로 제공됩니다. 유료 기능을 도입하는 경우, 가격과 결제 조건을 별도로 고지합니다.

Public personal services are currently provided for free unless a separate paid condition is shown. If paid features are introduced, pricing and payment terms will be provided separately.

서비스 이름, 로고, 브랜드 자료, 콘텐츠, 이미지, 사운드, 문서, 화면 구성은 별도 허락 없이 가져가거나 재배포할 수 없습니다. 공개 저장소의 소스 코드는 각 저장소의 라이선스가 허용하는 범위에서만 사용할 수 있습니다.

Service names, logos, brand materials, content, images, sounds, documents, and screen designs may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Source code in public repositories may be used only within the license of each repository.

서비스는 로그인 제공자, 호스팅, 분석, 모니터링, 결제 또는 외부 API 같은 제3자 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 제3자 서비스에는 해당 제공자의 약관과 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.

The services may use third-party providers for sign-in, hosting, analytics, monitoring, payments, or external APIs. Those providers' own terms and policies may apply.

서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 개인 프로젝트와 실험적 기능이 포함될 수 있으므로, 의료, 금융, 법률, 안전, 필수 업무처럼 높은 신뢰성이 필요한 용도로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

The services are provided as-is. Because they may include personal projects and experimental features, they should not be used for medical, financial, legal, safety-critical, or essential business purposes.

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 사용 또는 사용 불가로 발생하는 손해에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages arising from use of the services or inability to use the services is limited.

사용자는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 약관 위반, 보안 위험, 운영상 필요가 있는 경우 서비스 접근을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict or end access if there is a terms violation, security risk, or operational need.

이 약관은 서비스 변경이나 운영 방식 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신해 표시합니다.

These terms may be updated as services or operations change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
